I’m Lauryn Ashley, a former athlete and graduate of Alabama A&M University from Little Rock, AR. Over the past few years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with KATV and ESPN+, which fueled my passion for storytelling. Through that storytelling, I published a photo book titled I’m From Little Rock, Not Arkansas. The book celebrates a city filled with rich history, vibrant culture, and countless stories, while also showing how it continues to grow. It’s a tribute to the place I love and call home.I’m currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Integrated Global Communications at Kennesaw State University. After earning my degree, I hope to work in community relations for athletes and professional sports teams. I’m passionate about connecting with people through storytelling and making a positive impact in my community.
